Jill Morris has been working in the victim’s rights field since 1994. She began her career working for the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Community Oriented Policing Services. She also served as the Director of Public Policy for the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Director of Communications for the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape. In 2006, Jill won the Amnesty International Human Rights Award for her work on the Violence Against Women Act.
