Continuing Judicial Skills in Domestic Violence Cases Program: Civil Protection Order Cases

The National Judicial Institute on Domestic Violence (NJIDV), a partnership of Futures Without Violence, the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, and the U.S. Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women, offers a highly interactive seminar that will allow a small group of judges to address specific challenges in new or emerging complex topics facing the courts. This seminar will address civil protection orders. Judicial participants will leave the workshop with greater knowledge and skills for handling cases involving domestic violence.
