This session will provide up to date information on immigrant children, parents and families in the immigration detention system including immigration relief options, and how children and families come to be detained. The roles state courts may play will be discussed including the role state court orders can play in the detention and immigration relief systems. This webinar will respond to frequently asked questions from judges on these issues.
