Working It Out: Relationship Skills for the Workplace (Parts 1 and 2)

Working It Out will give participants an opportunity to explore their values, boundaries, expectations and power dynamics in the workplace. Presenters will cover the following:

  • Skills that increase self-advocacy and boundary setting in the workplace
  • Basic knowledge of Washington State and Federal Protections for vulnerable workers
  • Ways that workplace relationships can support LGBTQ survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault
  • Emerging resources that support LGBTQ workers
