This webinar will explain the federal confidentiality obligations in VAWA, FVPSA, and VOCA, and address frequently asked questions about how to implement those confidentiality requirements in victim services programs. We will also focus on agency use of technology, releases of information, and navigating community partnerships, as well as participants’ questions about confidentiality.
