This is a printable brochure with a basic explanation of what credit reports are and how survivors can explain negative information on their credit reports, add positive information, and build a credit history. The brochure is produced by the Consumer Rights for Domestic Violence Survivors Initiative partnership, which at the time of the brochure’s publication included the National Consumer Law Center, The Center for Survivor Agency and Justice, and the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
