The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act), was signed into law by President Obama on February 17th, 2009. The Recovery Act will inject $787 billion into the U.S. economy, with the goal of providing jobs and much needed resources for states and local communities.

This resource highlights some of the most relevant programs to assist service providers and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking. It is organized by listing funding resources available through different federal agencies, as well as by specific issue areas.
