In this report to the Congressional Defense Committees of the United States Congress and House of Representatives, the DoD provides a summary of information taken from self-assessments conducted by Military Service Academies (MSA) in the school year 2009-2010. This information, based on the assessment conducted by the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Office provides a tool for measuring the outcomes of prevention and response efforts within the military.
