Lovette Ajayi is a social media and web strategist. Her background is in Marketing, Communications and New Media, specifically relating to nonprofits. She's presented at several conferences over the years on these topics, including the Nonprofit Technology Conference, NeighborWorks Symposium, Tutor-Mentor Conference, BlogHer, Blogging While Brown, and Blogalicious. She's also passionate about social justice, an admitted social media addict, a blogaholic and a lover of shoes. She combined all of these loves and co-founded The Red Pump Project with Karyn Watkins. Their work has earned them a Congressional Record from the U.S. House of Representatives as well as recognition from the City of Chicago Council.
