Centering the Teenage “Siren”: Adolescent Workers, Sexual Harassment, and the Legal Construction of Race and Gender

This law review article explores the issue of sexual harassment and assault of teenaged women in the workforce and how constructions of race and gender contribute to this problem. The author discusses several relevant court cases and argues that the deconstruction of race- and gender-based hierarchies is necessary to protect young women from workplace harassment.
