This document describes a needs assessment conducted in Boston regarding the partner abuse service needs of Black and Latin@ LGBTQ people, as well as a action plan for addressing gaps in services. Among other findings, the report found that most respondents thought that partner abuse was not frequently discussed in Black and Latin@ LGBTQ communities, that the internet was the most preferred resources for finding information on services for helping with partner abuse situations, and that there was a gap between the services that respondents thought were necessary and services that they thought were actually accessible.
