This Self-Assessment and Planning Protocol and its accompanying CCTIC Program Self-Assessment Scale provide consistent guidelines for agencies or programs interested in facilitating trauma-informed modifications in their service systems. While the tool has not been empirically validated, it can help administrators, providers, and survivor-consumers to begin the process of monitoring and evaluating trauma-informed programs
