The Facts on Violence Against Women and HIV/AIDS

This fact sheet explores the intersections between violence against women and HIV/AIDS, including how violence undermines HIV prevention efforts, and discusses the ways violence actually puts survivors at increased risk of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections.
