HSTS is an early childhood trauma intervention model created by Crittenton Childrens Center in Kansas City, MO. It is designed to support young children as well as, the parents and teachers who love and care about them. HSTS promotes the development of systemic trauma awareness in Head Start communities, teaching resiliency and practical lifelong coping skills.
