This article provides some examples of different kinds of conduct - verbal, visual or physical - and how those behaviors, if unwelcome, severe or pervasive, may constitute sexual harassment. The article also reviews laws that are designed to protect against sexual harassment and what an employer's responsibilities are to prevent and stop sexual harassment of employees.
