Preserving the Core of Roe: Reflections on Planned Parenthood v. Casey

In Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey, the Supreme Court upheld the constitutional right to have an abortion while altering the standard for analyzing restrictions on that right, crafting the "undue burden" standard for abortion restrictions. This Article asks whether Casey's undue burden standard has meaningfully protected a woman's right to an abortion.
