On the Scene and Informed: First Response and Autism

This is a guide for first responders to emergency situations on how to recognize when someone they respond to may be a person on the autism spectrum and how to appropriately modify their responses to work most effectively with people with autism. It explains that people with autism are four to ten times more likely to be victims of a crime.
