Task Force to Address the Relationship Between Domestic Violence and Child Abuse and Neglect Report

The reports recommendations are categorized into five overarching categories for the purpose of delineating the unique roles played by each stakeholder:

• Recommendations for DFPS;
• Recommendations for Family Violence Service Providers (FVSP);
• Recommendations for the Judiciary and Attorneys (J&A);
• Recommendations for Cross Systems (CS); and
• Recommendations for Legislative Policy (LP)
