CRFCFW identifies the following purposes of the survey: to identify current programmatic priorities at both the state and local levels; to examine the impact of the financial climate on the existence and range of services provided by responsible fatherhood programs at both the state and the local levels, and; to explore the extent to which programs have responded to increasing funder requests for evidence of program effectiveness.
