Fundamentals and Framework: Understanding Confidentiality and Our Obligations

This webinar from the Safety Net project will provide attendees with an understanding of federal confidentiality obligations and how they are connected to survivor-centered advocacy and practice. Presenters will discuss privacy concepts and survivor empowerment when making decisions regarding information disclosure, and address the general intersection of confidentiality and privacy and technology. The webinar is designed to both orient new employees and provide refresher training to those who are more seasoned.
