An increasing number of survivor-serving organizations are using the co-executive director model to share power and senior leadership responsibilities to advance their mission. These organizations have adapted their structures, distributed tasks, and developed new strategies for collaborating internally and externally.
This 90-minute webinar will feature co-directors of three organizations that serve survivors of violence and trauma: Community United Against Violence (CUAV) and Women Organized to Make Abuse Nonexistent, Inc. (W.O.M.A.N. Inc.) in San Francisco and VIDA Legal Assistance in Miami.
They will share about their co-leadership experience, structure, learning, and growth that they have experienced. Presenters will also share strategies and recommendations for others that are interested in co-leadership.
