Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence (formerly Legal Community Against Violence) is the only national law center focused on providing comprehensive legal expertise in support of gun violence prevention. This publication includes comprehensive background information, a summary of relevant federal law, and a thorough description of state laws that exceed the federal standard regarding domestic violence related firearms prohibitions.

This edition of the Wisconsin Domestic Violence Homicide Report includes cases and analysis from the calendar years 2011 and 2012.

In 2013, 35 people were killed in Washington State as a result of domestic violence. This is significantly fewer than the 54 domestic violence deaths in 2012, and the lowest in the seventeen years WSCADV has been collecting this data.

Honoring Texas Victims provides information on the number of women killed in Texas by their male intimate partner.

Each year, PCADV tracks and reports on domestic violence-related fatalities in Pennsylvania. "Fatalities" includes both victims killed by the perpetrators and perpetrators who committed suicide or were killed by law enforcement. "Victims" includes all the innocent victims: the intended victims as well as bystanders, children and other family members, and law enforcement officers killed by the perpetrator.

Since January 1, 2002, NCCADV has collected information regarding domestic violence homicides in North Carolina. Information is gathered from public sources, primarily from media reports, and posted on NCCADVs website. The intention is for this list to serve as a memorial to the victims and their families, and to provide a current representation of the tragic impact domestic violence has in North Carolina.

The Minnesota Coalition for Battered Women publishes The Femicide Report, a report on women and children murdered in Minnesota, to educate the public about the lethality of domestic violence and child abuse.

In fiscal year 2013, 58 domestic violence homicide incidents took the lives of 80 individuals in Illinois. This report summarizes data and lessons learned from these incidents where a domestic violence situation became fatal.

This report provides data on domestic violence offenses in Alabama, including homicides, for the calendar year of 2012.
