The DELTA FOCUS program provided focused funding to states and communities for intensive implementation and evaluation of intimate partner violence (IPV) primary prevention strategies that address the social and structural determinants of health at the societal and community levels of the social-ecological model. This report offers an overview of Ohio's IPV prevention efforts through the DELTA FOCUS program.

Although much research has been conducted on the embodied experience of tattoos across cultures and subcultures, there is little research which focuses directly on trans men with tattoos, and how these tattoos help shape their body image, masculinity, and identities. Therefore, the question this research aims to answer is: what role do tattoos play in the development and perception of masculinity, identity, and the self, for transgender men?

Through the author’s personal observation, literature review, and survey research, this article explores concepts and embodiments of masculinity that are manifest among transmen.
