Collaboration Charter

This charter represents the collaborative agreement among partners of the Domestic Violence and Mental Health Collaboration Project, including representatives from the City of Seattle Human Services Department; a county-wide domestic violence coalition; a community-based domestic violence organization; a community mental health organization; two organizations that provide mental health and domestic violence services, and that serve the Latino and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender communities respectively. The charter includes agreements on mission and values, roles and responsibilities, decision-making, conflict resolution, communications, and confidentiality.
