LGBTQ DV Targeted Recommendation: Compensate LGBTQ Organizations for Their Expertise

This targeted recommendation advocates for LGBTQ organizations to be fairly compensated (either monetarily or materially) for formal and informal training and TA support given to mainstream domestic violence organizations. The recommendation outlines the exact costs of LGBTQ organizations doing free labor and encourages mainstream DV organizations to be aware of the hardship and inequity of not compensating LGBTQ organizations that provide them with services and support.
