It is important to provide meaningful access to services for all survivors, including taking steps to ensure access for individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP). A staff that reflects the languages and cultures in the community is best positioned to provide meaningful access to advocacy services for individuals with LEP. This Technical Assistance Bulletin offers strategies for supporting bicultural and bilingual staff.
