This list of items was designed to assist employers in crafting a strong sexual harassment workplace policy.

This statewide plan was based on a systematic 10-step planning process called “Getting to Outcomes.” The goal was to create and implement evidence-based strategies that prevent first-time perpetration of intimate partner violence.

Potential strategies include educating the community, building support among key stakeholders for prevention efforts, developing programs that strengthen social networks, organizing community groups to challenge social norms that contribute to the use of violence, and advocating for community accountability.

This document presents a gender analysis of teen dating violence. The author draws on various studies to examine physical aggression by girls and boys. The authors describe the differences between adult intimate partner violence and teen dating violence and note that applying adult intimate partner violence perspective to teen dating violence is problematic.

This web conference highlighted two promising and well-evaluated bystander intervention programs, Bringing in the Bystander and Mentors in Violence Prevention. The conference discussed the principles behind these programs, and explored advancing community change to promote pro-social bystander actions.
