Biden in Austin today to visit National Domestic Violence Hotline from the Austin American Statesman, 10/30/13

After meeting this morning with Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki of Iraq at the Naval Observatory, Vice President Joe Biden departs for Austin to visit the site of one of his proudest legislative achievements – the National Domestic Violence Hotline in West Lake Hills.
