API Chaya, an organization based in Seattle, WA with a mission to end systematic violence in local communities, is collaborating with Peaceful Families Project to offer Bonds of Kinship: Cultivating positive family relationships through skill-building within an Islamic framework. It is an introductory webinar that will give a brief overview of API Chaya’s work on domestic violence prevention, lessons learned through the community needs assessment the organization conducted, and a sample of the faith-based curricula sessions.
