Shame and stigma are devastating for many male victims. Many domestic violence agencies continue to struggle with the idea of making shelter services more gender-inclusive. Part II of the Enhancing Services to Male Survivors webinar series showcases the work of two domestic violence agencies that are leading the way as they expand their services to male survivors. The presenters share lessons learned through this process and offer promising practices to help build capacity to recognize and respond to the needs of male-identified survivors of domestic violence.
