Survivors of intimate partner violence and their advocates have long searched for alternatives to the legal justice system. This report from the Center for Court Innovation outlines pathways for developing restorative and community-based approaches to intimate partner violence.

Worldwide, Indigenous people are at a higher risk of human trafficking—including both sex trafficking and labor trafficking—than other diverse populations (Administration for Children and Families, 2018).
