Each March, the United States observes Women's History Month, thirty-one days celebrating the contributions and accomplishments of women, both in historical and contemporary society. While history months are obviously about "looking back," this Women's History Month we believe the time is right to lift up those who are making history right now.

This February, the Domestic Violence Awareness Project of the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence lends our voice and support to focus attention to young activists working to prevent and address gender-based violence and advance social justice.
October is over and the flurry of activities associated with Domestic Violence Awareness Month has passed. As is the case each year, we take time to reflect on the efforts of the many partners and organizations that participate in #DVAM2017 activities.
