The article reports, “Susan Murphy-Milano, an intimate partner specialist, is unveiling new technology an application which gives a voice to victims of domestic violence …. The application…gives domestic violence and stalking victims a chance to document, through video, prior abuse and threats against their lives. Called an Evidentiary Abuse Affidavit, it has the capability of providing vital information that could aid in a suspect’s arrest and provide a solid criminal case for prosecutors.”
