In recognition of the widespread impact of vicarious trauma on legal services organizations serving survivors of sexual assault, VRLC recently created a Care Plan Template, which is a tool supervisors and staff can use to implement practices to help mitigate the impact of trauma exposure. During this webinar, VRLC's Maura Crossin will demo the new tool, discuss best practices for organization-wide implementation, and then walk through how to create effective care plans with staff.
