Strengthening Our Movement: Decision Making

The work of domestic and sexual violence organizations is built on relationships and collaboration, and it takes all of us working together to support survivors and prevent violence. Collaborative and transparent decision-making processes can help us build stronger connections both inside and outside our organizations. An organization’s mission should be the foundation for how decisions are made.
