Registration is now open for the Wraparound Services for Survivors of Human Trafficking webinar presented by Freedom Network Training Institute. This webinar will give an overview of ways to incorporate wraparound services into programs for survivors of human trafficking. In this webinar, presenters will provide information about best practices, as well as cover the basics and importance of utilizing a Human Rights-Based Approach when working with survivors.

Regina Bernadin, Ph.D.
Technical Advisor, Anti-Trafficking Programs 
International Rescue Committee


Dr. Regina Bernadin is the Technical Advisor for Anti-trafficking Programs at the International Rescue Committee (IRC)where she supports the organization's programming that assists trafficking survivors in the United States and Europe. She is also part of Framework—a national training and technical assistance provider on the issue of labor trafficking. She has held various roles at the IRC, including serving as the Deputy Director of the Miami office. She is a consultant for the Department of Justice Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center and the National Human Trafficking Training and Technical Assistance Center on human rights issues.

Coalition  to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking (CASTLA)

 

Chris Ash recently finished their tenure as the Prevention Education Program Manager for the North Carolina Coalition Against Sexual Assault (NCCASA), providing training and technical assistance to rape crisis centers, dual domestic violence agencies, and human trafficking programs across the state. Before coming to NCCASA, Chris worked in sexual violence prevention and crisis response for a decade, answering hotlines, leading support groups, and providing hospital and legal accompaniment for survivors. Ash’s current work brings together lived experience, years of direct service and community-based consent and prevention education work, and graduate study in social justice, human rights, and gender theory.
