BCS Connecting Institute Seminar Overview

This issue of the BCS newsletter reviews the initial event of the Building Comprehensive Solutions to Domestic Violence Connecting to Build Comprehensive Solutions Institute.&The Connecting Institute Tampa Seminar, held November 2004, is the featured story.
