Although domestic violence is a pervasive problem year-round, affecting more than 12 million women and men annually, the issue is likely to receive increased media attention in October. NRCDV's October 2013 TA Question of the Month offers tips for media advocacy and outreach for DVAM.

The goal of this report is to identify trends of domestic violence occurrence in the New Jersey African American community and provide culturally unique recommendations to reduce the outcomes of intimate partner homicide for African American victims.
