Today's racial and economic inequities are rooted in modern and historical discriminatory policies and practices that undervalue the labor of people of color. This blog post highlights three racialized gaps that prevent the nonprofit sector from achieving racial economic justice: the racial wage gap, the racial wealth gap, and the racial leadership gap.
