An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of intervention.
Part one of this series looked at how to handle misinformation and audience resistance in real time. In part two, we’ll focus on what you can do before and after those moments. We’ll cover setting up a team-teaching agreement, including when to step in for each other, how to leverage each other's strengths, and how to establish clear communication norms. We’ll also look at the difference between reacting and responding, and how to build the muscle memory needed to stay grounded in the moment.
