Healing is a very individual process. Many Native people are returning to the traditional beliefs of their ancestors for healing. This resource describes some alternative/supportive healing and recovery processes other than mainstream approaches. Examples of ceremonies that survivors can take part in for their healing and recovery are also included.

This manual includes useful start-up tools such as a sample agenda, sample skits, a Power & Control Wheel, and a sample budget.
