The purpose of this guide from the Bisexual Resource Center is to provide direction to those wishing to start or expand bi+ support and social groups, so these communities can come together and thrive in places where bi+ folks might currently feel isolated and invisible. The handbook provides information on the bi+ community and its disparities, as well as discuss the logistics of starting a group in order to help facilitators feel empowered to handle situations in the way best for their communities.

This toolkit supports caseworkers, supervisors, and all other levels of the child welfare workforce in implementing trauma-informed knowledge and skills in their daily interactions, professional services and organizational culture.
