This study examines protective orders (POs) taken out by teens as a remedy for dating violence by developing a comprehensive portrait of their use in New York State.

This Final Report provides a set of findings and broad recommendations, informed by stakeholder forums and literature reviews, that form a framework for strategic, transformative change. It outlines ways the field can overcome the obstacles it faces and change how it meets victims' needs and addresses those who perpetrate crime.

The report reveals the extreme housing affordability crisis for those people living on an SSI income. A state-by-state executive analysis shows the percent of SSI Benefits needed to rent a one-bedroom apartment as well as the housing market areas that require more than 100% of monthly SSI benefits.
